Responsibilities in this position:

  • Ensuring uninterrupted operation of enterprise hardware;
  • Continuous inspection, maintenance and updates of IT systems and resources;
  • Consulting on compatibility issues between business customers and internal systems and testing of required configurations;
  • Finding and implementing innovative solutions for work improvement;
  • Collaborating with specialized Transcom IT teams and assisting 1st Level Support;
  • Taking care of day-to-day operations in our office.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role/IT field (preferably in call centers);
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to analyze information and make decisions;
  • Excellent English (at least B2 level) and Spanish (native) language skills;
  • Initiative, openness to innovation and desire to improve.
