Transcom is seeking a passionate and driven HR Manager to join our team in The Netherlands!
Transcom is a rapidly expanding global customer experience specialist, with more than 30,000 employees delivering services in 33 languages in 28 countries around the world. The company provides CRM solutions to clients in a wide range of industry sectors including telecommunications and e-commerce, travel and tourism, retail, financial services and utilities.
This is a key role where the main responsibilities are implementing, monitoring and promoting both Global and Regional HR strategies. These strategies are based on our three pillars - client focus, operational excellence and leadership & culture.
Locally, the HR Manager will support the local management team by controlling HR processes and policies, and by taking responsibility for operational HR KPIs.

In this role you will:
Monitor and participate in local activities regarding industrial relationships with Unions and employer associations
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Ensure HR-related local and global processes are executed correctly and on time
Assure compliance with local labour laws and Health & Safety protocols
Lead and develop our HR department, overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle
Continuously promote the Transcom way of working

What we are looking for:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent, with a strong understanding of Dutch labour law and local labour market
University diploma or degree in a related subject is an advantage
Experience with Google Suite, MS Office and any other HR IT solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work within an international team environment
Capacity to quickly analyse situations and provide solutions
A positive mindset and a talent to remain motivated
Can use initiative and make things happen
Fluency in written and spoken English, a second language would be an advantage
