Contract: Fixed-term discontinuous.

39-hour per week: Monday to Friday

Be on the front line of client support and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
Communicate by e-mail and phone with customers and help pioneer more sustainable solutions.
Help deliver packages more efficiently, create connections worldwide, and find ways to take action and give back.
Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge, and learn with your colleagues.
What are we looking for:
Native English language skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
Experience using different computer tools.
Immediate availability to work after training is completed.
Available to work on-site.
