Join Transcom as a Team Leader for our Customer Service Team!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage our customer service team at Transcom’s Barcelona office. This role will involve overseeing operations for three major projects, providing support for our valued clients in the childcare, gardening, and household appliance sectors. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Project Oversight: Manage and oversee operations for three major projects, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly and effectively
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze team performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any escalated customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
Client Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding project status and any necessary adjustments

What we are looking for:
Language Proficiency: native or nearly native proficiency in Italian and a minimum C1 level of English is mandatory.
Experience: proven experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment.
Skills: strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Availability: must be available to work 100% onsite at our Barcelona office starting from 13 September 2024
