Join us as a Customer Service Representative in the Multilingual Market:

In this role, you’ll play a key part ensuring customer satisfaction in the HoReCa industry, working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. Your mission will be:

  • Handling customer inquiries and providing helpful, clear information;

  • Assisting with product and service-related questions;

  • Quickly resolving customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction;

  • Being part of a team that thrives on providing top-tier service, adapting to new challenges and continuously improving.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (C1+) , Portuguese (C1+) and English (B2+);

  • Availability to work on-site in the center of Porto;

  • Ability to work within shifts between 7am and 9pm;

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written);

  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills;

  • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering quality service;

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn;

  • Patience and empathy when interacting with customers.
