Join us as a Customer Service Representative in the French market
In this role you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers. Your role is to assist with a wide range of inquiries from addressing product-related questions to resolving issues, all while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to solve problems efficiently and maintain the highest level of service.
Requirements:
Native or fluent French speaker (C1 level or above);
Proficient in English (both written and spoken);
Previous experience in customer service (not mandatory);
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers;
Problem solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner;
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment;
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
