Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of your assigned business area. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, maximizing Gross Profit Margin and ensuring high levels of employee and client satisfaction:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Performance: Achieving revenue and profit targets, financial forecasting and cost optimization;

  • Team Leadership: Support in the recruitment, training and development process;

  • Client Relationship Management: Building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring high satisfaction;

  • Operational Excellence: Optimizing processes, maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement;

  • Business Development: Identifying new opportunities, leading sales and marketing efforts, and expanding client relationships.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (any other language is a plus);

  • Proven and successful track record of effective leadership with Commercial and/or Operational responsibility or a closely related industry;

  • Previous experience in Client Relations and/or Sales;

  • Good understanding of CRM best practice and markets;

  • Have experience with P&L management and associated financial practices.
