We’re looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our Strategic Operations team, focusing on the development of our Customer Experience (CX), Safer Gambling, and Risk teams across the UK, Italy, Spain, Denmark, and Sweden.

What you’ll be doing

As an L&D Advisor at tombola, you’ll take ownership of designing, delivering, and improving training programmes that truly make a difference. You’ll:

• Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences (both remote and in person) for new starters across CX, SG & Risk.
• Collaborate with managers and team leaders to identify learning needs and create impactful solutions.
• Develop creative, interactive training materials tailored to different learning styles.
• Keep training resources up to date on SharePoint, Rise and iLearn platforms.
• Support ongoing learning and development, helping teams stay ahead on new games, systems, and best practice.
• Maintain accurate training records, report on learning stats, and evaluate the success of programmes.
• Lead with curiosity and empathy – you’ll coach, support and inspire individuals to perform at their best.

You’ll also be a key voice in continuous improvement, helping shape how we communicate, learn, and grow together across tombola’s operational teams.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Proven experience delivering training to individuals and groups (ideally in CX or operational environments).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for making complex ideas simple and engaging.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
• A collaborative mindset — you enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals.
• Adaptability and initiative to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• An understanding of responsible gambling (Safeplay) practices and a passion for supporting player wellbeing.
• Flexibility to occasionally support a 24/7 operation, including some evenings or weekends if needed.
