Job Description

Our Mission

We're not your average benefits platform; we're the unordinary force that uplifts people's lives. Our technology is the link that connects the entire benefits ecosystem, creating better outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers.

Our mission is clear: we're here to create a world where everything operates at its very best, ensuring that every employee receives the support they need to live life to the fullest, both at work and beyond.

Your Mission

As our first Benefits Onboarding Coordinator at Ben you will be supporting the successful onboarding of benefits providers as a key part of our customer implementation journey. This role will be a great opportunity for you if you have previous experience in an administrative or back-office operational role, looking to specialise within the employee benefits space. We will offer on-the-job training to help you develop your benefits knowledge, whilst you get hands-on managing benefit onboarding projects.

Things you will be working on…

  • Project manage the on boarding of new benefit providers to the Ben platform as part of our customer implementation process, in a timely and methodical manner

  • Work with the Partnerships team to determine if new providers for each project require fulfilment and warrant a partnership agreement

  • Adding any new provider details into our internal database (airtable)

  • Populating key benefit onboarding documentation, through liaising with clients, insurers, brokers and 3rd party benefit providers to understand data and enrollment requirements

  • Establishing contact with local brokers or clients to establish how the certain benefit products work to inform how we configure them within the Ben platform

  • Liaising with Marketplace & Operations teams to ensure if we are able to fulfil benefits in line with customer requirements

  • Managing tasks within each onboarding project and monitoring timelines & milestones; maintaining strong and consistent relationships with Sales and Implementation to ensure timely project delivery

  • Build rapport with peers across the business, showing subject matter expertise & raising the profile of the Marketplace team internally and externally.

You will love this role if you have…

  • Experience in an administrative or operational role. You will be able to demonstrate where you have had to juggle multiple tasks/initiatives at the same time and demonstrated strong organisational skills

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ask questions to ensure you have all the information you require

  • Methodical in approach and diligent in how you follow processes and complete tasks in a timely way

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple different stakeholders internally and externally through email and phone/VC

  • Inquisitive and happy to go outside of your comfort zone to solve problems

  • Motivated to build expertise in the employee benefits space
