Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks� notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we�re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.�

Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.�

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.��
