The Role
We are looking for a highly organised Creative Traffic Manager to coordinate the workflow of our in-house creative team, ensuring projects run smoothly and are completed on time and within budget. Reporting into the Brand Director, you'll be integral in the delivery of campaigns, print and packaging projects and digital assets.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Create and maintain schedules for all Creative projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Oversee the Creative workflow process, from ideation to completion, and ensure that tasks are assigned appropriately, and progress is tracked.
- Be a Wrike super user, our project management software to track the status of all projects, monitor progress, and identify potential bottlenecks or resource constraints
- Facilitate communication between Creative and other departments, ensuring everyone is aware of project status, timelines, and any changes or updates.
- Educate the wider team in how to write briefs effectively to make the most out of the creative team.
- Proactively identify blockers, recommend workflow solutions, improve efficiencies and work with Creative Lead to implement them.
- Address any issues or bottlenecks that arise during the project lifecycle, working to resolve them in a timely manner to keep projects on track.
What we are looking or in you:
- Strong project management skills +3yrs; experienced at managing multiple projects with short and long lead times.
- Creative agency / in-house creative studio experience as a traffic manager
- Ability to manage all deliverables for an in-house creative team, including photoshoots, graphic design, videography, product design and packaging
- Strong people skills and a desire to create a collaborative working environment.
- The confidence to push back on tight deadlines and negotiate timelines when necessary.
- Resilience to work in a fast paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
- A can-do attitude and an all-round positive team player.
