The Job:

  • Building your own success from the ground up: Starting with a 4-week intense training program that will equip you to dive headfirst into the world of Tech Recruitment. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 job; it's a chance to immerse yourself in an environment where you'll be driving business development and delivering results simultaneously.

  • Networking and Engagement: Be at the forefront of the action by attending events, meetings, and actively building your professional profile from day one.

  • Innovation is Key: Collaborate with our dynamic team to shape the future of recruitment. We believe in staying ahead of the curve and being the best in the industry through continuous learning and innovation.

  • Expanding your knowledge: You will be an expert in your specific technology vertical by maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the eco-system that surrounds the technology

  • Relationships: Creating and maintaining genuine, credible relationships will be crucial to your ultimate success in this industry.

  • Sales Pipeline: You will research new clients that are looking to hire and produce high-quality sales leads for you to pursue and build long-lasting partnerships.

  • Candidate Management: Build your candidate network through detailed candidate qualification and source candidates through different search methodologies to ensure we represent top talent
