The Role
We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable Project Manager to join our London hub! As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various digital projects across ScreenCloud, with your main responsibility being assisting & attending a series of global conferences with our largest Strategic Client.
You will work alongside the account team for handover and transition of client relationship ownership and, along with the rest of the Professional Services team, you will help in supporting the high level of service delivery expected from these projects & events.

Responsibilities

• Become the Project Lead for Key Client Events including: Managing logistics for events, including booking travel & accommodation for teams on site
• Attending events throughout the year - note this will involve some international travel which may require you to be away from home and on-site for up to 10 days at a time
• Facilitating hardware setup and breakdown at on site events, along with monitoring of system performance
• Efficiently run custom client digital projects and lead the scoping phase for new development projects, collaborating closely with client to gather requirements, analyze project needs, and deliver comprehensive project scopes that align with client objectives and organizational capabilities
• Working closely with internal product teams on updates, amends & any issues that may occur
• Successfully & effectively work with internal product & development teams
• Ensure all meeting notes & project folders are captured & kept up to date
• Help maintain project documentation & document templates to a high standard
• Maintain and keep Asana project boards and tasks up to date
• Scheduling, managing & attending meetings with clients & internal teams
• Please note that attending the event is for on-site support as a supplier. You may be required to use ladders & be on your feet for periods of time. Please highlight any concerns with this in your application.

Requirements

• Self motivated, strong team player
• Eye for detail including willingness to interrogate & test project builds
• Effective & confident communications skills to work closely with clients and internal teams
• Client facing experience, including confidence & clarity and running meetings
• Understanding of and experience in using digital project processes
• Strong communication, and great written skills
• Must be confident with GSuite workspace software
• Proven record of managing the end to end of a project cycle
• Proven experience at juggling multiple projects at one time
• Experience in written project documentation including project briefs and statements of work
• Experience working with design & development teams

Bonus Skills

• SaaS experience
• Agile methodology knowledge / project experience
• Knowledge using project management tools such as: Asana, Github
• Experience in the events industry
