Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead on our collections efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the collections process and improve cash flow.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and proactively contact customers to resolve any issues or disputes.
  • Negotiate payment plans with delinquent customers and maintain accurate collection records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address root causes of payment delays or disputes.
  • Prepare and present collection reports to management, highlighting trends and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in collections or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to build our collection process.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive improvements in the collections process.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to collections.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using collection management systems and software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
