What you'll do


Preparing Communication Assets: Craft compelling stories and high-quality communication materials (e.g., newsletters, talk tracks, video scripts, videos, quotes, and briefing documents) for various audiences, ensuring alignment with subject matter experts.

Creating Videos & Branding: Produce engaging and polished video content, including video scripts, editing, and incorporating company branding to ensure all videos reflect the company’s visual and messaging standards.

Branding & Consistency: Ensure that all communications, particularly video and digital assets, adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone, style, and messaging across all internal channels.

Identifying Key Messages: Actively listen during meetings (e.g., All Employee Meetings, Quarterly Update Calls, Jira Tickets) and analyze shared information to identify critical messages that need to be communicated.

Developing Communication Roadmap: Create and maintain an ongoing communication and enablement roadmap. Track all communication deliverables to ensure timely and consistent messaging.

Collaborating with Teams: Partner with the team and other communications leads, and key functions to ensure all communications are aligned, relevant, and effective in conveying important information across the organization.

What you bring

  • Experience in internal and external communications or design is a must
  • Experience with communication and collaboration tools like MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, video software like Camtesia, Synthesia
  • Experience in video creation and editing is a big plus (video scripts, editing, and incorporating company branding)
  • High level of quality, reliability, attention to detail and flexibility
  • Demonstrated strength in working collaboratively with, and across a variety of global, cross-functional teams
  • Growth mindset with desire to learn and try new approaches
  • Self-motivated and team oriented
  • Excellent English language, writing and editing skills, German is a plus
  • University Degree, in Communications, Communications Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable
  • Experience in dealing with large, multinational enterprises / providers is a plus
  • Prior SAP working experience is a plus

Our Field Enablement & Financial Management team focuses on enabling business growth and maximizing the impact of processes and technologies developed within the Customer and Partner organization. We raise awareness and drive adoption with our business partners to boost overall success of the organization. We are very open-minded and fun to work with. We look forward to working with you!
