Role Summary:

As a System Administrator, you will play a central role in configuring and maintaining our server-based systems.

Your expertise ensures that our IT infrastructure operates smoothly and that we implement future-proof solutions that meet the highest standards. In the future, you will take the lead of a small team responsible for system administration.

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Windows and Linux-based server systems.

What You will Do:

• Configure and maintain Windows and Linux-based server systems

• Manage and maintain Active Directory

• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability

• Identify and resolve technical issues

• Assist in the implementation and management of client systems

• Provide 3rd level support behind end-user support

• Document IT processes and systems

• Take on a leadership role in a small team responsible for system administration

What You will Bring:

• Fluent in German and English

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role

• Deep knowledge in configuring and managing Windows and Linux server systems

• Leadership experience or willingness to take on a leadership role
• Basic knowledge of IT security standards and best practices
• Experience with Active Directory and network services
