Service Associate (f/m/d) in SAP Mailroom (1 year temp.)

What you`ll do
We are looking for a Service Associate to join our team (1 year temporary) and contribute to our success. As part of the SAP Mailroom department, your role will involve ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
The key tasks would include:
- Mail Sorting and Distribution: Efficiently sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropiate departments or individuals within the organization
- Mail Preparation: Prepare outgoing mail for dispatch, including pickup, packing, addressing, and franking
- Goods Entry and Distribution: Record incoming packages and distribute them to the appropriate departments or individuals within the organization
- Document Digitization: Scan and archive documents to ensure easy access and retrieval
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any mail-related issues for internal and external stakeholders
- Security and Confidentiality: Uphold the security and confidentiality of all mail and packages, adhering to company policies and data protection regulations
What you bring
- Previous experience in a mailroom or similar administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to take responsibility proactively and work independently
- Fluent in German is a must, English is a plus
- Experience in working with SAP ERP systems is a plus
