Senior Territory Ecosystem Management Specialist
Responsible for selling through resellers/partners focused on the General Business segment (SME). To coordinate all sales activities with the partners to ensure successful closing of opportunities, mainly via coaching of partners' sales teams. Monitors competitor activity and implements strategies to maintain assigned account ownership and block competitor advancement.
Role Purpose
To achieve sales targets within the assigned territory by coordinating activities with partners and driving successful opportunity closure through strategic sales planning, partner coaching, and effective deal management. This role enhances partner capabilities and fosters predictable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
include but limited to:
- Sales and Demand Planning: Develop and execute a successful sales plan by conducting capacity checks, designing territory and coverage plans, and balancing pipelines to meet targets.
- Opportunity Execution: Monitor deal cycles, track indirect pipelines, and intervene as necessary to align with customer needs, ensuring partners conduct required activities and deliver expected numbers.
- Partner Coaching and Governance: Provide continuous coaching to partners on deal management and offer occasional input on solutions, demos, and adoption plans to enhance partner capabilities.
- Performance Reviews: Attend SAP sales Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to support overall territory performance reviews and provide feedback to partners.
- Franchise Practice Development: Assist partners in building franchise practices to create a predictable business, stepping in to interface directly with customers when necessary.

- responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned projects or areas of responsibility
- internally recognized senior on complex technical and business matters
- works on large, complex activities, using demonstrated creativity and expertise and applying specialist professional knowledge to deliver high quality results / technical solutions
- collaborates in devising long-term concepts
- may include team lead or supervisory responsibilities

- contributes independently, resolves complex issues in own specialist area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects)
- works independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility
- provides regular project status and updates

Experience
- advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one / several areas
- individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations
- typically several years experience with increasing amount of responsibility

- contributes actively to build common ground for cooperation
- communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand
- communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to cross functional colleagues & manager
