We are looking for a Senior Program Lead for Quality Transformation to join our team. This role is extremely critical & has high visibility in our organization. In this role, you will work closely with our product and engineering leads to ensure compliance of our software deliveries with SAP’s process and standards requirements. What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UI/UX and compliance leads to achieve compliance with corporate requirements and product standards
  • Work with stakeholders to seek exceptions where needed
  • Actively contribute to SAP Concur Quality Community with feedback & best practices
  • Monitor and actively participate in the continuous improvement activities to the SAP Global Quality Policy (Quality Management System), Policies & Standards
  • Analyze and adapt to new requirements
  • Network and influence across internal SAP
  • Represent in audits & respond on related audit questions
  • Be the key Contact & content provider for Global Governance Teams
  • Provide regular updates about the compliance and quality status of all development programs currently being executed

What you bring

  • Great experience at a quality and compliance related role
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Bachelors or masters degree business or computer science or equivalent experience
  • Advanced experience with development and cloud operation processes
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver under time pressure based on a very structured working approach
  • Strong communications skills and ability to convince others regardless of organizational structure
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
  • A mindful team player with a humble and positive mindset
