What you’ll do
Software logistics tools are critical technical enablers for introducing innovations and ensuring the smooth operation of SAP solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud. SAP Transport Tools, a central part of the software logistics tool family, play a key role in the software lifecycle of ABAP-based systems. They orchestrate the management of ABAP coding and customization changes for both custom and SAP-internal development, as well as for system upgrades and updates. An important topic is the integration of transport tools with SAP Git-enabled Change and Transport System (gCTS), which combines the advantages of Git, the popular version control system, with the established, robust ABAP Change and Transport System.
