What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Sustainability, Partner Engagement Ops

Location: New York, New York / Hybrid

Expected start date: March 2025

  • The SAP iXp Intern – Sustainability, Partner Engagement Operations will support the Partner Engagement team on the Sustainability Growth Unit. This individual will focus on crafting impactful materials that effectively communicate key strategies and insights, ensuring alignment with internal teams and partners. They will also play a critical role in monitoring and analyzing CRM data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support strategic pivots. Additionally, the intern will assist with partner enablement initiatives and contribute to the execution of scalable partner strategies to drive the adoption of SAP’s sustainability solutions.
  • Sustainability is one of the most critical challenges of our time, and SAP plays a pivotal role in enabling businesses to meet their sustainability goals through innovative solutions. This role is integral to how we engage and collaborate with strategic partners to scale our impact in this space. By supporting the Partner Engagement team, the intern will influence how we align with our partners to drive meaningful outcomes for our customers, helping them achieve sustainability objectives and create long-term value.

Educational Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sustainability or related field.
  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with a proven ability to create polished presentations and analyze data effectively.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and an understanding of key business processes.
  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to impactful projects in this space.
  • Ability to work 20–40 hours per week during the internship period.

Desired Skills / Experience to Be Successful in This Role:

  • Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, including creating visual stories and analyzing trends through data.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in working across cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience or coursework in sustainability, business operations, or project management is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications for the Role:

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and connect insights to business objectives.
  • Passion for sustainability and its impact on organizations and society.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
