What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Partner Support Specialist
Location: São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid)

• Maintain and update projects into SAP internal systems
• Monitor backlog and perform hygiene & quality of project data
• Answer partner queries and stakeholders' requests via inbox/tickets, following defined SLAs and guidelines.
• Ability to be flexible in the approach to support SAP Partners in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Contribute to drive Partner self-sufficiency by promoting digital assets available to them
• Handle high volume of requests for partner-led project registration on a global level.

Meet your team
Partner Services Hub (PSH) empowers SAP partners to grow and simplify their business, by delivering a personalized range of value-added support services. The Partner Support Specialist intern is a partner facing role within Partner Support team, mainly responsible for handling partner support queue and for being the first line responders of queries coming from SAP Partners. Their primary goal is to handle volume of partner queries in an efficient way, providing quality support within the expected SLAs. They can also act as contributors to internal projects and process improvements.
