What you'll do:

SAP Product Support makes sure that the core business processes of our customers run efficiently. We help our customers to reduce the total cost of ownership and maximize the return of their SAP cloud solution. A Cloud Support Engineer enables customers to implement and operate their SAP cloud solution efficiently by doing root-cause-analysis of product related issues and solving incoming customer problems.

As an intern, you will be supporting the Cloud Support Engineers as needed, focusing on SuccessFactors product, to eventually achieve excellent customer satisfaction and maximize SAP’s value at the customer. As such, you will need to have an open mind, be very flexible and drive ideas on how to best support Cloud Support Engineers to achieve the support service objectives.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION

  • Second or Third year of Master Student candidates (enrolled full-time)
  • Can meet 4 days full time per week and can last for at least six months duration.
  • No specific requirements about major, in IT, engineering, science and other relevant disciplines are preferable.

SKILLS

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English (oral/written).
  • Japanese is a big plus
  • Knowledge in JAVA, software engineering, business, Human Capacity Management will be a plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Not required
  • Previous internship or working experience on a customer facing position is a plus.

  • Self-motivated and goal achiever without close supervision
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in parallel
