Meet your team
The SAP NL Experience Center team successfully hosts customized visits for their customers and prospects. The Experience Center welcomes, inspires, and engages with SAP customers and prospects to bring SAP solutions and innovations to live. The Experience Center team provides SAP customers and prospects with a unique experience, using tools, methods, and building prototypes that inspire them to build a roadmap for their digital business transformation.

What you bring
As a member of the Experience center team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and memorable experience during their visit to our Experience Center. You will set up customer-tailored content for the visits as e.g. agenda build and speaker management you will support the creation immersive experiences in the IX room, stories in the inspiration and exploration space and you will guide our customers during their visits, workshops, and demonstrations.
Your goal is to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, enabling our customers to fully immerse themselves in our Experience Center. Next to that you will be supporting the creation of Audiovisual content to share before, during and after visits, but also in an online and digital world of customer engagement.
What we expect from you
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills
- You are speaking Dutch and English fluently
- You have relevant working experience in or a strong interest in/affinity with one of the working departments described
- You are a customer-focused and innovative thinker who:
- Challenges and improves processes
- Generates and promotes new ideas/initiatives
- Analyses and anticipates the impact of upcoming technologies and market developments to initiate innovation

Working Conditions:
This position is based in the Experience Center in ‘s Hertogenbosch and requires physical presence at the office.
