YOUR FUTURE ROLE

  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their challenges, requirements and business processes
  • You will use Process Analysis & Mining solutions of SAP Signavio, process mining concepts and other process analytics techniques to identify process improvement opportunities for our customers
  • You will be analyzing technical requirements, you will provide expertise on possible solutions and you will be supporting the implementation & deployments of those solutions
  • You will provide consulting expertise and share best practice knowledge to our customers around topics such as e.g. Process Analysis & Mining, Process Improvement Methodologies, Value Analysis, Value Realization
  • You will support implementing and designing customer-specific process analysis to create valuable insights into process behaviors and process performance as well as identifying improvement potentials
  • You will work closely and collaborate with other SAP Signavio Process Mining Consultants in client engagements and ensure project success as a team
  • You will collaborate closely with our Product & Engineering teams as well as Consulting teammates to define new product ideas and features for future releases
  • You are an active team player and help to develop and grow the SAP Signavio Process Intelligence Consulting team

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a few years of relevant work experience on analyzing and improving business processes, especially in process mining.
  • Previous experience with process mining tools (e.g. Celonis, Fluxicon, ARIS Process Performance Manager, QPR, etc.) or Business Intelligence / BI tools (e.g. PowerBI).
  • You have a solid technical knowledge especially using SQL in data transformation and data analytics scenarios as well as database technologies, and programming (Java, Python, R, etc.).
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft, Oracle), data analysis, reporting, etc.
  • Understanding of key customer processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Invoice-to-Cash, Invoice-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Issue-to-Resolution, etc. and their typical improvement potentials
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience working with ETL software in data extraction, such as e.g. SAP Datasphere.
  • Solid understanding of process management concepts, BPM technology, etc. and familiarity with process modeling standards, ideally BPMN 2.0
  • Strong analytical, communication skills and presentation skills
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Self-motivated, you show initiative and enjoy being part of a great team in an international organization
  • You are a team player and love contributing, learning and sharing knowledge and ideas
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Information Technologies, Information Sciences, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration
