We are seeking a Product Owner who is passionate about cloud-based web and mobile applications that empower employees to work productively from anywhere. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with a diverse team of developers, designers, QA engineers, and operations staff in a dynamic and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the suite of applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Continuously asses consumer trends, user feedback and refine product roadmaps
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategy
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between design, engineering and operations teams.
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with the product vision.
  • Break down complex projects into manageable epics, user stories, and tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Make decisions on trade-offs and priorities to optimize value delivery within time and resource constraints.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure applications meet quality and security standards.
  • Monitor development progress, identify risks, and proactively address challenges to ensure timely delivery.
  • Define key performance indicators to measure product success
  • Collect and analyze user feedback, leveraging insights for continuous improvement and iteration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in the software development or IT domain.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), and product management best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to manage diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Solid analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, mobile and web applications, and cloud technologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a large-scale, globally distributed organization.
  • Knowledge of SAP technologies and products.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certifications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple applications and priorities effectively.
