About the Team

We value a growth mindset, empowerment, accountability, and teamwork. Our mission is to deliver trusted data by establishing data standards and managing data flows across SAP systems. The team includes Product Managers, IT Product Owners, and Data Operations colleagues who focus on strategic projects and solving business-critical issues collaboratively. We work closely with Business Process Owners to ensure data quality and purpose. Our diverse team aligns on strategy to achieve success together.

Summary & Role Information

• Support business and IT alignment on Material Master data for Services products.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive issue resolution with Data Object Owners.
• Enable IT delivery teams by improving data management and building stakeholder trust.
• Support strategic programs and develop expertise in Material Master data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve issues with Business and IT, focusing on data processes.
• Support data governance tasks like Material Lifecycle Management and Data Quality Dashboards.
• Act as a Master Data Expert and support compliance audits.
• Potential to become a Product Owner for Material Master Data Applications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal IT teams.
• Highlight team successes and share them across the organization.

Experience (Role Requirements)

• 3+ years in software industry roles like Business Process Management or Master Data Management.
• Knowledge of business processes, especially commercialization and sales cycles, Services knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of Master Data Management and Data Governance.
• Proven project delivery experience and technical skills in data modeling.
• Proficiency in internal IT systems (e.g., CRM, Jira) and fluency in English.
• Experience in dynamic, cross-functional environments and matrix organizations.
