At CLM AM Apps and Analytics Team, our mission is to support the fast-growing SAP cloud, with a large set of (customer-facing) cloud-based applications, analytical content and AI tools. To strengthen our team further and accommodate SAP’s growth in the cloud, we are looking for a CDS Analytics Developer to join our Team.

What you'll do:

As a CDS Analytics Developer within the CLM AM Apps and Analytics Team you take over accountability for excellent execution of SAP’s Cloud strategy. You will work with the latest technology towards reporting & data analysis. You will be handling the full development cycle, from discussing requirements with our (internal) customers, to design, architecture, implementation, bug fixing and troubleshooting.

In your role as CDS Analytics Developer, you will work closely with international colleagues together on development analytical projects with the following activities:

Design and implement appealing and sustainable solutions for analytical purposes.
Optimize and simplify existing reports and code. Perform agile prototyping to evaluate which solution fits best for cloud operations.
Dig into SAP´s cloud business and collaborate closely with stakeholder from SAP´s cloud business.

What you bring:

Knowledge in CDS and RAP
Knowledge of SQL / database development is a must. This includes analysis & optimization of DB queries
Knowledge in object-oriented programming. ABAP is a plus
Knowledge of fundamental web technologies, like OData, http, SOAP, XML, REST is a plus
Experience in test-driven development as well as model-driven development
Strong open-minded communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management and end-user support
Language: English fluent is must
