We are looking for an Office/Facilities Manager for RSPB Scotland Loch Leven Reserve. This is a ‘do it all’ role where you will be dealing with everything from answering the phone, dealing with enquiries, taking school bookings and paying bills, to ensuring that the reserve buildings are clean, well maintained, are safe and compliant and are generally running smoothly. You will look for ways to maximise efficiencies and sustainability of the running of the buildings, with support from the Senior Site Manager, Building Surveyor, Rural Surveyor and Health & Safety Advisor.

You will form part of the reserve’s Leadership Team who have an overview of the management of the Reserve. Your role will manage the repairs, maintenance and office budgets, as well as doing the general and financial administration for Loch Leven, Loch of Kinnordy and Tay Reedbed reserves. This role also acts as the PA to the Senior Site Manager and manages the Admin volunteers.

You will also assist in areas such as creating and posting social media content, organising meetings and taking minutes, assisting with the preparation of funding applications and reports and working on projects alongside other members of the reserve team.

This role can be very fast paced, so you need to be highly organised, efficient, and adaptable. You also need to work well under pressure, have excellent communication skills and be confident in dealing with external contractors and suppliers, as well as internal contacts.

This position will be office based.

This is a Permanent role for 37.5 hours per week.
