Your Role:

As our Mid-Level .NET Developer, you’ll be at the heart of Rippl's development team, where your coding craftsmanship, problem-solving prowess, and collaborative spirit will contribute significantly to the growth and refinement of the Rippl software suite. Positioned squarely between hands-on coding and participatory design, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our technical landscape, while growing and honing your skills under the mentorship of seasoned leaders.

Your Key Milestones:

  • Enhance the Ripple Platform: Your day-to-day will involve crafting code that’s as robust as it is elegant, enhancing the functionality and user experience of Rippl’s offerings.
  • Collaborative Creativity: Join forces with a multi-disciplinary team to brainstorm, design, and roll out trailblazing features that meet our clients’ diverse needs.
  • Strategize and Streamline: Contribute to the ongoing effort to mitigate technical debt, advocating for best practices that keep our codebase clean and our projects agile.
  • Troubleshoot and Triumph: Play a proactive role in identifying and solving complex technical issues, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Embrace Leadership: While your focus is on development, you’ll have opportunities to mentor peers, share knowledge, and contribute to the technical prowess of our team.

Your Development Toolkit:

You’re proficient in our core technologies: C#, .NET, Angular, WebAPI/MVC, and Azure. Your arsenal may also include familiarity with Azure pipelines, React native, SQL Server, and ORMs like Dapper and Entity Framework. Your appetite for learning and adapting to new technologies is as important as your existing skills.
