Flexible working at Rippl

We recognise that the modern world demands modern ways of working. That's why we’ve crafted a flexible working policy tailored to support productivity and wellbeing, while ensuring we maintain our high standards of service for our customers.

Work Week Structure & Core Hours

Our working week consists of 35 hours — that's 7 hours a day, with the autonomy to manage an hour for lunch. Rippl operates on core hours from 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday. During these hours, we ask team members to be accessible to collaborate and engage with your colleagues. However, the flexibility to start and end your day according to your personal needs is something we wholeheartedly support. For example, an early riser might choose to start at 8am and finish at 4pm, while another might start at 10am and wrap up at 6pm.

Breaks & Wellness

We actively encourage the team to step away from their desk and screen regularly. Scheduling a full hour for lunch is recommended and we suggest taking lunch away from your workspace to help you recharge effectively.

Choosing Your Workspace

Whether you prefer the buzz of an office or the quiet of your home, Rippl supports your choice. We're open to supporting with coworking spaces if you want to mix up your working style, and encourage teams to get together as often as possible, which is fully funded by Rippl.

Personal Commitments

We understand life’s demands, like school runs or personal appointments, arise. Should these commitments clash with your work hours, we simply ask that you let your line manager know. We strive to accommodate your needs with as much flexibility as possible, always aiming for a balance that honours both professional and personal commitments.
