Job Description

As a Growth Marketing Manager for Qodea you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth within two key sectors - Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) and Manufacturing and Industry (M&I). You will combine deep industry knowledge with digital marketing expertise to develop tailored marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that accelerate growth in your sectors across the UK and Europe.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, across Technical, Sales and Google Partnership teams, as well as with Google themselves, to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals and sector-specific needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, a can-do attitude and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimise campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Sector Expertise & Strategy Development:

  • Become a subject matter expert in FSI and M&I by staying up to date on trends, challenges, and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies tailored to the sectors’ unique characteristics and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the content marketing manager to help shape sector-specific content (e.g., webpages, case studies, white papers, blog posts).

Campaign Execution & Optimisation:

  • Plan, create, implement and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, events etc.) to generate leads and build pipeline.

Budget Accountability:

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation to drive ROI and maximise the impact of marketing initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure sector-focused messaging and initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Build relationships with and collaborate closely with key Google stakeholders to maximise the impact of joint programs and leverage opportunities within the Qodea/Google partnership ecosystem.

Agency Management:

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and subsequent output to ensure briefs are met and outputs are delivered to meet deadlines and budgets.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reporting on key metrics, and use insights to continuously improve marketing tactics.

Lead Generation & Nurturing:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads within the sector.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the sector through targeted outreach, email campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Significant growth marketing experience for a B2B Technology business.
  • Excellent written skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Natural relationship builder with the ability to connect at all levels of the organisation
  • Collaborative team player who gets stuck in.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of using CMS.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing across paid and organic channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
  • Data-driven with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Google Cloud.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Previous experience of using Pardot (or something similar) would be an advantage.
  • A good understanding of SEO.

Location:

This role can be either fully remote or hybrid based depending on your preference. We have offices in London, Manchester, Swindon and Edinburgh in the UK which you can choose to work from as often as you like. There may be occasions where you’d be expected to attend a meeting or customer event from time to time.
