Job Description

As a Content Marketing Manager for Qodea, you will spearhead the content marketing strategy across Europe. Following our recent merger and rebrand, we’re looking for someone to help us build our brand and tell our story.

You'll be responsible for creating, optimising and maintaining content across our business. There’s plenty of room for creativity with content ranging from short-form social posts, to customer case studies and long-form research reports.

We’re looking for someone with a flair for making technical and complex concepts understandable and engaging for our audiences, whilst maintaining our tone of voice and position as a leader in the market. A strong attention to detail and tight organisational skills are a must and a passion for the tech industry is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Work with the Director of Marketing and vertical leads to define and deliver the content marketing strategy, ensuring timely delivery of content that supports campaign timelines and goals across the UK and Europe.
  • Content Production: Create content (including blogs, research reports, landing pages, newsletters and social posts), to be used at every stage of the funnel and working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, to ensure that content supports our digital strategy and SEO objectives.
  • Case Study Development: Manage the end-to-end case study production process in collaboration with marketing, sales, and Google.
  • Agency Management: Manage the relationship with our PR agency and subsequent output to ensure alignment with our brand values and objectives.
  • Social Media: Build and execute a social media strategy that helps build our brand.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs to measure content effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for continuous optimisation.
  • Sales Support: Work collaboratively with our sales team on content including pitch decks and one pages for customers and prospects.

Requirements

Key Skills:

  • Content marketing experience for a B2B Technology business.
  • Creativity with a passion for storytelling.
  • Excellent written skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • A good understanding of SEO.
  • Natural relationship builder with the ability to connect at all levels of the organisation
  • Collaborative team player who gets stuck in.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of using CMS.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Google Cloud products and services.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Previous experience of using Pardot (or something similar) would be an advantage.

Our Culture:

Our culture and values are really important to us. We believe in leading the customer, thinking big and delivering it brilliantly, doing right, having ownership over our work, and being agile. We invest strongly in our people, and our culture is down-to-earth, approachable, energetic, bright, and helpful.

In uniting our team of over 300 best-in-class experts, we now have a fantastic opportunity to build on our collective heritage and grow an even better company, with an even more dynamic, creative, and diverse culture from which to learn from one another and serve our customers. We want ambitious people to join us who can help us with this mission.

As part of our values and doing right, we believe in business with a positive impact, and we’re mindful of the way our company connects with the world around it. We’re a certified B Corporation and our commitment to sustainability shapes what we do and how we do it - from the way we work with our customers to how we nurture and develop our talented community.

Location:

This role can be primarily remote-based. If you live close to one of our offices in the UK (London, Swindon, Manchester, Edinburgh) and you'd prefer to work from the office some days then that's fine too. There is no mandatory office working expectation. You may be required to travel to certain locations for events or meetings from time to time, but any expenses to travel will be reimbursed.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Private healthcare scheme
  • Company pension
  • Death in Service - 4x annual salary
  • Flexible annual leave policy and your birthday off
  • 10 learning days per year
  • Length of service awards
  • Work from anywhere for up to 90 days per year
  • Sabbatical leave for employees over 5 years service
  • Marketing leading parental leave policies
  • Flexible working culture
  • Company events - opportunities to meet colleagues you don’t see every day
  • Regular opportunities for industry recognised training and certifications
  • Opportunities to develop within a fast growing-tech business with ambitious growth and impact goals
