WHO ARE PEAK PEO?

Peak PEO are a Professional Employment Organisation, specialising in international Employer of Record (EoR) and international payroll services. Essentially, we help our clients expand overseas and facilitate remote work by taking care of the complexity that’s involved with employing an international team. It’s a rapidly growing industry, and we pride ourselves in standing out in the market as a purpose-driven company that does business for good.

What makes us such a great place to work?

·      Great leadership + great people = a great place to work. We’re a progressive company that puts employees first. A lot of companies say this – we really live it every day.

·      We’re leading the 4 Day Week revolution! We wholeheartedly embrace remote, flexible working (hey 98% Flexa score 😉), with a real focus on maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

·      Autonomy and trust to do your job well: we care about outcomes over everything else.

·      Our people are spread across 4 continents and multiple time-zones, bringing various cultures and personalities together into one amazing, diverse team.

·      We believe employees deserve to be seen and valued as the unique individuals that they are, rather than as commodities or a collective workforce. Diversity can cover a multitude of things, and we embrace all of those wonderful differences.
