What do we do?
Paddle offers SaaS companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. The role:
You’ll be working closely with product managers, designers and engineers across teams to create a world-class user experience for our customers. Dashboard team owns the seller dashboard, customer portal and other frontend applications, which require new features and improvements as we scale to serve a rapidly growing number of sellers. The team is part of the Billing group, which is responsible for transaction processing, subscriptions, customer data and more. We often work with a range of other teams, including Payments, InfoSec, Platform (SRE) & DX.
What you'll do:
Work on critical frontend applications used by a global network of sellers
Develop greenfield products and enhance our existing front-end architecture
Collaborate closely and pair with product designers
Provide engineering advice for team issues, and be involved in wider technical decisions that positively impact the department and company
Collaborate with backend engineers on API specifications and integration
Improve the seller & customer experience in gradual, frequent iterations
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Have strong technical skills with: React, TypeScript, CSS, React Testing Library/Vitest, Playwright.
Implemented performant, responsive front-end applications in agile Product teams.
Have substantial experience working closely with product designers during discovery and implementation phases of projects.
Have a strong understanding of the development process from design through to deployment and maintenance and what that means for day-to-day development.
Have worked with AWS & Terraform or other cloud services & infrastructure-as-code tools.
