Job Description

We’re on a mission to create a diverse group of future leaders. We do that through professional apprenticeships because we believe learning on-the-job creates a more equitable and successful path to careers. We find, train and support talented individuals, wherever they are in their career journey, and equip them with the in-demand tech, software engineering, and data skills to transform their careers and deliver a better route to growth for their employers.

We’ve had some big achievements. We hit 10,000 apprentices in our community - and counting. We launched one of the largest data apprenticeship programs in the UK with Jaguar Land Rover, and we’ve partnered with companies like Mars, Verizon and CitiBank. Not to forget becoming a mission-driven EdTech unicorn after our $220m Series D.

But we aren’t stopping here. Join Multiverse and build the future of learning at work.

The opportunity

You’ll join the Apprentice Marketing team and lead our marketing for all apprentice candidates. This includes young talent looking for their first position, and established professionals wanting to upskill or reskill at their current companies to future proof their careers.

You’ll partner with Sales, Admissions and Tech leaders as well as global channel owners (Content, Growth, Data and CRM) to match demand from companies across the UK with a supply of brilliant apprentices.

You love collaborating and growing your influence across the business working with Tech, Sales, Growth and CRM functions. You bring deep marketing expertise and thrive working in a fast-moving environment.

Specifically, you will:

  • Work with Sales, Tech and Admissions to assess the required candidate pool to fulfil deals, factoring in conversion rates across the candidate onboarding journey.

  • You’ll own strategic initiatives to drive apprentice recruitment and onboarding in quarter, as well as lead business strategy for how we scale in the medium term

  • Working with the B2C Growth team, develop and optimise a multi channel strategy that attracts candidates at scale - optimising for CPA and LTV

  • Bring a best in class test & learn approach to improve core channel performance including social, search, partnerships and paid media

  • Develop a conversion-led intervention framework, knowing what levers you can pull to fulfil the most challenging deals (e.g., how we can excite 150 young apprentices to apply to a major Tech client, in a new UK region in 3 months)

  • Work with CRM and Growth teams to drive conversion from first point of contact with the website

  • Design a compelling ‘sell’ with the content team so that prospective apprentices understand how an apprenticeship in Tech can turbo charge their career

  • Work closely with UK sales leaders to understand our GTM strategy, product suite and client needs

About you:

  • Work with Sales, Tech and Admissions to assess the required candidate pool to fulfil deals, factoring in conversion rates across the candidate onboarding journey.

  • You’ll do tactical campaigns and initiatives to drive applications in the short term, as well as strategic reviews so we’re set up to scale efficiently

  • Working with the B2C Growth team, develop and optimise a multi channel strategy that attracts candidates at scale - optimising for CPA and LTV

  • Test and learn to improve core channels’ performance including social, search, partnerships and paid media knowing which channels perform best for deal and product types

  • Develop a clear intervention framework with levers you can pull to fulfil on high risk deals

  • Work with the CRM team to drive conversion throughout the candidate onboarding process, ensuring that candidates we drive to the website convert to full time apprentices

  • Collaborate with the B2C content team so that prospective candidates understand the value proposition of an apprenticeship - why they should do it, how it will future-proof their careers - to drive conversion.

  • Work closely with UK sales leaders to understand the GTM strategy, product suite and client needs so you can better build a the UK marketing strategy
