Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will lead strategic and analytical efforts to drive Marketing contribution to revenue through customer acquisition and retention metrics. You’ll take on strategic projects working directly with Marketing leaders and stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Tech. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying critical business problems through the data and building and executing solutions, upleveling the team’s reporting, building a Marketing attribution model, managing budgeting and ROI with Finance, and implementing new strategic initiatives such as lead scoring. This role is perfect for someone to apply their core consulting and/or B2B SaaS Marketing toolkit to operating and getting stuff done in a dynamic, multifaceted startup environment.

Specifically, you will

  • Lead key cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve Marketing contribution to new logo acquisition, revenue, and customer retention (e.g. lead scoring)

  • Execute critical business analytics requests for the Marketing department, such as dashboard builds, reporting for QBRs, setting leads, revenue, and ROI targets with Finance, and reporting to help the leadership team refine and adjust the strategy.

  • Build and roll out a marketing attribution model working with RevOps, Finance, and Sales

  • Identify problem areas in the marketing funnel and build and execute plans to address and move key metrics

  • Launch new channels and/or improvements to the tech stack

  • Conduct & own analyses and A/B testing to help Multiverse identify, prioritize, and pursue high leverage growth opportunities that maximize key performance metrics (like lead acquisition, new customer revenue, and ROI)

  • Work with a world-class go-to-market team that helped the business achieve a valuation of $1.7b Series D

  • Change lives! Every individual we help upskill or place creates an incredible opportunity for an overlooked talent pool

About you

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - you can analyze large data sets, identify trends and develop insights, and provide evidence-based recommendations

  • Ownership / hungry mindset - you’ll succeed in an ambiguous environment and proactively do what’s needed to surpass your goals in a fast-paced environment

  • Track record in data-driven, strategic thinking – demonstrated 5+ years of experience in project management, problem solving, and operationalizing strategies in a management consulting role, or Marketing strategy role

  • Knack for reporting - you have experience with leading CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc), data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) and experience creating C-suite-level dashboards within said CRM platforms

  • Great teammate – you will be a world class collaborator with internal and external partners, and will evangelize Multiverse’s mission in your work

  • Collaborative communicator and stakeholder - whether managing a team or working with internal and external partners, you can influence others and build followership

  • Passionate about the mission - you believe in our mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity for everyone
