Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

The Opportunity

As a Contractor Coordinator on our Technical Curriculum team, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide apprentices and clients with exceptional educational content on our learning platform. From core readings and video demonstrations to interactive lab environments and assessment guides, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our curriculum is timely, comprehensive and the highest quality.

In this dynamic role, you will manage and coordinate a talented network of external contractors, including learning designers, visual designers, and copy editors, ensuring we meet our project needs effectively. You will collaborate with our core team of learning designers, assessment designers, and subject matter experts to enhance and expand our curriculum offerings.

Specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate with the technical curriculum team to determine external contractors needs.

  • Support the technical curriculum team to identify candidates and schedule interviews.

  • Coordinate with the legal, finance, and people teams to onboard new contractors, ensuring they have access to the right tools and systems and to ensure timely payment.

  • Offboard contractors upon completion of their contractors, including removing system access.

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, deliverables, and compliance with project specifications.

About you:

  • You will have 2+ years experience working in a commercial setting. This could be in a similar ed-tech environment.

  • You have strong project management skills, coordinating multiple projects and external stakeholders.

  • You communicate effectively and can coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders

  • You possess a keen attention to detail and ensure that all processes are thoroughly completed.

  • You are proficient in web-based collaboration tools e.g. Gmail, Zoom and Slack; as well as spreadsheet softwares e.g. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • You are organized and help set up tracking systems to manage various tasks.

  • You proactively spot potential issues and work to address them before they escalate.

  • You welcome feedback and are dedicated to ongoing improvement.

  • You believe in the mission of social and economic mobility and strive to contribute towards it through your work.
