Role

The role is responsible for independently managing end‑to‑end Talent Development processes across India. This includes training coordination, stakeholder engagement, content support, performance management cycles (Connected Conversations), talent review processes, learning systems administration, reporting and communication management.

This position ensures seamless delivery of all talent development initiatives across the business, working closely with stakeholders, SMEs, global teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Needs & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Engage with business stakeholders to understand functional needs and recommend Unit/Function‑specific training and development plans.
    • Support the identification of skill gaps, learning needs and interventions required at an operational level.

Learning Program Management

    • Independently plan, schedule and coordinate all learning events and capability‑building programmes.
    • Work with internal SMEs and external partners to scope, design, create and adapt training content.
    • Manage end‑to-end logistics, communication, attendance, and completion follow‑ups for all training initiatives.

Learning Systems & Content Administration

    • Act as the single point of contact for learning systems including Connected Learning, LinkedIn Learning, other LMS platforms, induction/training resources, and course catalogues.
    • Upload, maintain and monitor training content, learner assignments, completions, and reporting accuracy.
    • Maintain and periodically update induction material, learning pathways, and guidance resources.

Learning Communication & Knowledge Management

    • Independently manage all L&D communication channels including SharePoint pages, Compass pages, newsletters and learning campaign messaging.
    • Ensure content is updated, user‑friendly, and promotes high employee engagement.

Performance Management (Connected Conversations)

    • Manage the entire Connected Conversations cycle including communication rollout, training and awareness sessions, query resolution, monitoring completion and facilitating escalations.
    • Track progress and ensure timely closure of the performance management process across India.

Talent Review & Calibration Support

    • Drive the annual Talent Review and Calibration process by coordinating schedules, collecting data, maintaining templates, and supporting facilitation.
    • Partner with the Talent Development Business Partner to ensure smooth execution and documentation.

Global & Group Development Programmes

    • Facilitate the nomination and selection process for Group/Global development programmes for India.
    • Support implementation and communication of Group programmes and contribute inputs as required.

Data, Reporting & Insights

    • Prepare periodic and on‑demand reports on training effectiveness, feedback, training hours, nominations, and completion metrics.
    • Analyse L&D budget utilisation vs spend and highlight variances.
    • Provide insights to continuously improve the learning experience.

Continuous Improvement

    • Contribute to the development and updating of L&D processes, policies, frameworks, and resources.
    • Recommend innovative tools, methodologies, and technologies to enhance learning delivery and impact.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination and project management

  • Learning system/LMS administration (SAP Success Factors and Articulate Rise is preferred)
  • Content curation and basic design capability
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • High attention to detail and ownership
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Digital mindset and tech savviness

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR; certification in L&D or OD is an advantage.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Hands‑on exposure to LMS, performance management systems, or content coordination preferred.
