Your Opportunity
Our Singapore Transport team is seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to engineer and deliver iconic Singaporean projects, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape and grow our design engineering and technical excellence, support growth within our wider transport team, and focusing on embedding technical excellence at the core of everything we do.

  • Be involved in the delivery of a wide range of engineering projects including deep excavations, MRT and other projects.
  • Produce documentation, including reports, engineering sketches, engineering calculations, technical specifications, and tender documentation
  • Provide support to writing project proposals and business development
  • Having an appreciation of the roles of fellow professionals on multidisciplinary projects and interfacing and coordinating with them appropriately
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge and appreciation of current technical standards and practices and taking a ‘hands on’ role in technical matters
    A role in driving to digital strategy within civil engineering

Candidate Specification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or geotechnical engineering from an accredited University.
  • Coming into the role with more than 5 years of experience.
  • Computer literate and familiar with digital technology, strong written and oral communication ability
  • Experience in cut-and-cover structure design, projects geo lead and underground structures for transportation.
  • Familiar with latest design software packages (Plaxis and others), familiar with codes and standards from Singapore and preferably also other countrie.
  • Willingness to commit to ongoing development of professional skill
  • Enthusiastic and willing to work in a team environment
  • Aspiring to professional qualifications such as Professional Engineer and/or Chartership.
  • An understanding of commercial and engineering risk.
  • Self-motivated with good organizational capability
