About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer (Mechanical) who can ensure that all mechanical work happening at the site is done properly, safely, and as per standards. This person will check the quality of materials, monitor work at site, and make sure that everything meets project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Check the quality of mechanical work such as piping, HVAC, and fire‑fighting systems.
• Ensure all work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety rules.
• Inspect materials when they arrive at site and confirm they meet quality standards.
• Monitor daily work and report any quality issues immediately.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients on quality requirements.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation related to inspections and tests.
• Support in testing activities like pressure tests, equipment checks, etc.
• Help close punch points and ensure work is completed correctly.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in mechanical quality work (construction/industrial projects preferred).
• Basic knowledge of piping, HVAC, fire‑fighting, and equipment installation quality checks.
• Ability to read drawings and understand work procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office for maintaining reports.
