Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of repair, renovation, rehabilitation, and construction activities for hospital and institutional building projects.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely progress, quality compliance, and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and review progress against project milestones and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Review and certify contractor bills, measurements, progress reports, and variation orders.
- Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to the client.
- Support project commissioning, handover, and close-out activities while ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Essential Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate Civil Engineer (B.E./B.Tech Civil) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 15 years of on-site experience in the construction, repair, renovation, and rehabilitation of hospital, healthcare, hotel, or institutional building projects.
- Must have successfully completed at least two projects end-to-end during their professional career.
- Strong experience in interior works and fit-outs.
- Experience in contractor management, project planning, quality control, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in renovation and rehabilitation of operational healthcare facilities will be preferred.
