We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer – HVAC to join our team for an industrial manufacturing project. This role involves overseeing mechanical systems and infrastructure related to renewable energy generation, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of plant equipment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in utility-scale solar, wind, or hybrid power projects and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and supervise the installation of HVAC systems for plant buildings, control rooms, and equipment enclosures.
  • Ensure HVAC systems meet project specifications, energy efficiency standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, HVAC vendors, and internal teams for timely execution of HVAC scope.
  • Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC-related issues and implement corrective actions during construction and commissioning.
  • Prepare technical documentation including HVAC layouts, load calculations, ducting plans, and O&M manuals.
  • Monitor HVAC system performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Support procurement by evaluating HVAC equipment specifications and vendor proposals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years
  • Industry: Industrial Projects
  • Qualification: BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and standards (e.g., ISHRAE, ASHRAE, NBC).
  • Proficiency in HVAC design tools and software (e.g., HAP, AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
  • Familiarity with renewable energy project environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
