Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated summer intern who is eager to learn and grow within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong growth mindset, demonstrating a willingness to embrace challenges and continuously improve their skills. What you’ll be doing:
• Project Assistance: Support the planning, design, and execution of bridge and civil structure projects under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Learning and Development: Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard software and tools for structural analysis and design.
• Technical Support: Assist in providing technical solutions and support for ongoing projects.
• BIM Exposure: Develop foundational skills in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and learn to use relevant software.
• Site Visits: Participate in site visits and inspections to observe and learn about real-world engineering practices.
• Client Interaction: Assist in liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide support.
• Documentation: Help prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
