The Role:
We are looking for a talented Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Maroochydore or Brisbane. In this role, you will support the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, drive positive change, and contribute to the growth and success of our projects and people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide civil engineering capabilities for projects, including large infrastructure projects. Liaise with client, sub-consultants and contractors, as needed.
  • Assist with proposal writing and project management tasks as required.
  • Assist with business development and establishment of reputation in Queensland Transport team, particularly in the Sunshine Coast area.
  • Join a team of civil engineers, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and achievement.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, driving new work opportunities and positive change.
  • Collaborate effectively with public and private sector clients to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Manage project aspects including administrative, commercial, and technical components.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Promote teamwork, diversity, and inclusion within the team.

About You:

  • Degree Qualified: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering or similar).
  • Experience: at least 4 years of technical experience in pavement engineering, with knowledge of Australian standards and practices
  • Collaborative: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with public and private sector clients.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with hands-on experience.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, valuing diversity and promoting inclusion.
