  • Act as the primary point of contact for Bluebeam‑related queries and troubleshooting
  • Partner with project teams to understand delivery requirements and tailor Bluebeam setups accordingly
  • Support document review, coordination, and collaboration workflows throughout the project lifecycle, including managing timely responses to comments and driving comment disposition, resolution, and closure
  • Ensure Bluebeam usage aligns with client standards, internal ways of working, and delivery expectations
  • Proactively identify risks or inefficiencies in document workflows and recommend improvements

  • Strong understanding of document control, markups, and collaborative review workflows
  • Experience supporting a diverse user base with varying levels of technical confidence
  • Ability to translate project delivery needs into practical tool configurations
  • Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative working style
  • Experience supporting large, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure or building projects
  • Exposure to digital delivery, BIM, or common data environments (e.g. SharePoint, ProjectWise)
  • Experience developing training materials or rolling out new standards
