Minimum qualification

  • Diploma /BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: 5 - 10 years.
  • Experience in MEP works with high end specification like 5-star hotel, hospital, commercial buildings, residential building will be preferred.
  • Industry: Real Estate/ Commercial Buildings/Healthcare
  • Functional Area: Project Management

Main responsibilities include

  • Managing different aspects of construction (MEP).
  • Develop action plans, corrective action plans and recovery plans to support program delivery on time in coordination with PMO.
  • Change management- Quantity review, rate analysis, collection quotations and bill review.
  • Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with conditions of contract, specifications, general specifications, contract drawings & BOQ.
  • Coordinate with design consultant in resolving clarifications, conflicts at site due to site condition or with different packages.
  • Coordinate performance testing, training, and site handing over process including review and firming up of punch list, snag list.
  • Coordinating with Client operation and medical teams at site for smooth execution.
  • Running appropriate meetings with client, contractor, and MM senior-level management.
  • Facility Management- Involve and help in trouble shooting all the operations related MEP concerns thought the Facility Managers/Contractor.
  • The candidate must have

  • Experience of working in a similar domain/organization.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Knowledge in the understanding MEP design, technical specifications, and bill of material.
  • Conversant in all MEP and paramedical services (Nurse call system, medical gas, pneumatic chute, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of project management best practices.
  • Solid communication and team working skills.
  • Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate stressful work situations.
  • Adept at MS Office applications.
  • Flexibility to travel to site locations as per requirements
