We are gearing up for our most exciting and challenging Asset Management Period yet, known as AMP8, this will see us deliver a programme of work larger than we’ve ever delivered before. We’ll be embarking on a new kind of project delivery focusing on nature-based solutions like wetlands and urban drainage schemes.

We are driving change, empowering us to set global benchmarks and build a better environment, with the opportunity to offer enhanced growth and development to our workforce. We’re looking to build on our existing teams with an environment built for career progression.

To drive the most efficient and robust meetings in our Delivery teams, we operate a Collaborative Production Management System (CPMS) Delivery Process. The CPMS underpins project delivery by providing a consistent, repeatable process for the planning, rehearsing and delivery of our projects. Each project follows a process which includes key agenda led meetings at key points in the project lifecycle designed to enable projects to be completed safely, on time, to budget and to the required standard.

To effectively lead a team of Process Co-ordinators to ensure CPMS process meetings are as efficient, robust and value accretive as possible to optimise stakeholders time and deliver projects right first time, we are looking for a Process Lead to join us!

What will you be doing as our new Process Lead?

As our new Process Lead, you’ll maintain the integrity of the CPMS process through regular review of the efficiency of the overall process, monitoring compliance with it and providing proactive suggestions for improvement to ensure that the CPMS process remains a current and relevant tool for efficient and on time delivery of our projects.

In addition, you’ll train CPMS users whilst championing the use of CPMS throughout the @one alliance ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware of the team and the value they can add to efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities:
Become and be seen to be a subject matter expert of the CPMS process and ensure all activities and improvements are aligned with the @one alliance strategy

Oversee proactive and appropriate training platforms and literature to ensure end users can optimise the CPMS process to drive outperformance

Undertake targeted and proactive stakeholder management so all relevant teams and individuals have access to systems and information and play a vital link between Delivery teams and Document Controllers

Use data analysis to drive continuous improvement in the CPMS process and ultimately, the delivery of projects

A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours….

To join us on this journey of project meeting excellence, you’ll have experience of managing teams and be comfortable facilitating meetings with large groups of conflicting stakeholders.

Demonstrating a track record of managing processes, it would be beneficial of you had experience of change management. Able to multi- task and comfortable dealing with a wide- range of audiences, you’ll possess strong IT skills and be able to work in a cool and calculated fashion in potentially stressful situations.

If you are looking for a role where you can bring teams together and drive maximum output from meetings, please apply today!
