We are looking for a highly driven and ambitious individual to join our Moata team, who can help us achieve our vision of engineering innovation on demand.

Moata Intelligent Content is an industry leading, enterprise level BIM library solution which promotes repeatability, standardisation and collaboration. As a Delivery Manager for Moata Intelligent Content, you will be responsible for delivering excellence across ongoing product deployments and planning and executing new deployments. You will work closely with our clients, domain experts and development team to realise our product vision and position our digital solution at an enterprise level. Using your delivery focussed mindset, you will join the dots between real world customer challenges and our suite of digital products (with focus on Intelligent Content) which sit on our data and analytics platform, Moata.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Manage and coordinate outstanding delivery of Moata Intelligent Content
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients, internal regional teams and users across both to understand their needs and address their concerns
  • Clear communication of client requirements (both technical and non-technical) to the delivery team
  • Provide technical expertise to delivery team to ensure world class delivery
  • Systematically collect and analyse feedback from key stakeholders to inform product enhancements
  • Monitor and support contract renewals, using your product knowledge, insight, and data analytics to reduce churn
  • Support the development and implementation of scalable strategies to expand product adoption within regions/ client organisations
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process and support users in adopting products effectively


Candidate Specification :
You will be responsible for supporting delivery and adoption for Moata Intelligent Content across existing and potential clients as well as driving client retention. The candidate should have an aptitude for scoping both strategic and technical client requirements, network building to help foster growth of the business whilst keeping abreast of industry best practice.

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Professional experience in Digital or Engineering Consultancy, Digital Delivery, BIM (Building Information Modelling) or Manufacturing within the infrastructure industry
  • Technical knowledge of infrastructure applications (Autodesk, Bentley etc) and associated workflows on engineering projects
  • Experience of utilising and/or managing use of digital tools such as REVIT, Civil 3D, OpenBuildings in the infrastructure sector
  • Relevant experience in at least one of transportation, energy, water or built environment sectors
  • A strong customer-centric perspective that focuses on outcomes and whole-life value
  • Demonstrable passion for digital and delivering social, environmental and economic outcomes

Desirable

  • Background or knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) services
  • Experience of product deployment/ implementation and stakeholder management
  • Previous experience of component creation and infrastructure project delivery
  • Technical awareness of software platforms, databases and tools
  • Awareness of Digital Information Management processes
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting the solution
