About the role

We're seeking a versatile and strategic Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. With a primary focus on engineering roles, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our teams and driving company growth. We value a candidate with a broad range of hiring expertise and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for primarily technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Leverage data and market insights to optimise recruitment efforts and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in full-cycle technical recruiting, with a focus on more senior-level hiring.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and performance analysis.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
