Senior Technical Recruiter - 8 Month Fixed Term Contract

About the role
We're seeking a versatile and strategic Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. With a primary focus on engineering roles, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our teams and driving company growth. We value a candidate with a broad range of hiring expertise and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for primarily technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Leverage data and market insights to optimise recruitment efforts and improve hiring outcomes.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Proven track record in full-cycle technical recruiting, with a focus on more senior-level hiring.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and performance analysis.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
